The Simple Search Of The Promotion Strategy And The Achievement System In The Moral Education Of The Campus Culture

In the recent years, as the important way of the moral education, the campus culture is arousing more and more attention. The growth and development of the campus culture play the invisible role in the school environment. And it works as the potential course. The campus culture includes Material Culture, the Spiritual Culture and the System Culture. There are four functions brought by moral education, including the cultivation function, the guidance function, the condensation function and the standard function. Studying moral education function of the campus culture is useful for us to improve the effectiveness of the moral education. This article aims to complete the theory of the relation between the campus culture and the moral education through researching the achievement system of education function of the campus culture, and introducing the characters and the relationship among the factors of campus culture, in order to promote the development of moral education. It includes the following parts:In the first part, the article gives a concept of the effectiveness in moral education of the campus culture basing on the following aspects: the intension of culture, the intension of the campus culture and the intension of the effectiveness of moral education.In the second part, the article by finding out famous works summaries the current situation and problems of the cultivation function, the guidance function, the condensation function and the standard function, the low effectiveness of cultivation function, guidance function, condensation function and standard function. In the third part, the key part of this article, it researches the achievement system of the four functions of campus culture—the cultivation function, the guidance function, the condensation function and the standard function. The realization of the cultivation function is based on the potential influence that lies between the Material Culture and Human Culture; the realization of the guidance function is based on the following two aspects: the implanting in teaching, the indication of the Material Culture and the campus material culture construction, the example and the school spirit; the realization of the condensation function is achieved during the process of the struggling for the campus culture under the encouragement of the school spirit and the harmonic relationship among the members in school; the realization of the standard function is based on the direct process of the campus rules and the potential process between the material culture and spirit culture.The article analyzes the reasons of the effectiveness of the moral education of campus culture according to the achievement system in the moral education of the campus culture, and proposes three main strategies—displaying the role of the environment and school members fully, enhancing the actual effect in the moral education of the campus material culture; enhancing the campus spirit culture through setting up the examples the campus culture activities; Founding the humanist campus system culture, enhances the actual effect of the campus system culture in the moral education.
