The scale of higher education has been expanded quickly since 1999,so it's common for people to active the elite education in China.But the rapid development of higher education needs a huge fund support.But in this time,the investments of government are not corresponding to the devolopment of higher education.If the floating capital appears a shortage and the fund chain suddenly breaks,the colleges and universities will face a huge financial risk and they will be no ability to repay the principal and interest on time.With the further reformation of higher education in China,colleges and universities has got more and more managing independently right.In market competition,once financial status worsens,colleges and universities must be confronted with the survival crisis.The main purpose of the article is that making risk analyzed and bringing forward effective methods for financial management.The thesis emphasizes universities' financial risk on the basis of Enterprise Risk Management constructing and applies research.The article uses relevant study result home and abroad and current finance and accounting data,it establishes the university financial risk management model scientifically,at the same timg,it selects seven universities of Guagndong Province as analysis sample,through uses of the questionnaires and the interviews to understand universities' financial situation,and unifies the analytic hierarchy process to determine the targets weight in the model,then the consummation university financial risk management model.and uses this model to analyze one university's financial situation actually.Finally,the thesis discusses the control of universities'financial risk...
