In this study, hermeneutics and phenomenology as the basic theoretical foundation, to provide a set of theoretical thinking on the model of no state education to give the position of our country's education,in order to provide some methods of construction and protection..The first part focuses on the proposal of no state education background and theoretical basis; the second part of it analysis of the position of no stateeducation, contains the purpose of the position of Education jointly advocated the value of options, thinking that the key lies in education is " how to think", thinking that the problem is that human beings rely on the whole culture and the existence in a creative way; the third part describes how to look at the no state education,it is reasonable that it will help educators to improve education, to promote a constructive force for exchanges and dialogues, is conducive to the implementation of classroom teaching..No state education pays more attention to methods of education, exclusion standing position on a specific view of any education problems, because it cares more about a variety of views and dialogues between any views, thus ,to explain the issues of education by a better way.
