With the rapid development of the society, it placed more requirements on people,so the sense of stress become a universal feature of modern life, stress is becoming an issue of worldwide concern.While for the occupatiional role of teachers,whether the teachers themselves or the community have placed more requirements on them.The specificity of the occupatiional role of teachers make it a career prone to give birth to occupational stress. Because the negative effects are greater than the positive ones in the occupational role of teachers, the stress not only has effect on the teachers'development of physical and mental health, it also has some inevitably incalculable nagative effects on school education and the students'mental health directly or indirectly , so the exloration of the factors that caused the stress can be of great significance. The study aimed on the middle school teachers in Chaoyang City , started with the current status of stress, analyzing the influencing factors the occupational stress of teachers in-depth, discusseed the regional differences of the teachers'sources of stress , and made recommendations accordingly.There are five parts in this paper:The first part is preface, introducing the background , purpose and significance of the study, and defining some related concepts.The second part is literature review, including the definition of the occupational stress of the teachers, expatiating the impact of the occupational stress of the teachers and its main reasons, discussing the strategies accordingly,and the shortcomings of the existing researches.The third part is the design and implementation of this paper ,introducing the main research methods, research tools, as well as selection of the main scope of the study.The fourth part is the analysis and discussion of the survey data ,analysed the current status of Chaoyang City first, secondly made an analysis of occupational stress,then compared variables of different types of study separately , at last made a illustration.The fifth part is conclusions and recommendations ,summarized the status reality and the influcing factors of the middle school teachers in Chaoyang city, connected with the analyses and discussions of the reasons for the stress, made some suggestions in various terms, in order to help the middle school teachers in Chaoyang faced the stess positively and solve some practical problems.
