The paper consists of three parts. The first part states the importance and urgency of the exploration and application of history curriculum resources in high school. As the most important curriculum resources, teachers' qualities decide the identification scope of the curriculum resources , the exploration and application, as well as the effectiveness. Their effective use of resources help students reach the three-dimensional goals of gaining their knowledge and ability,developing their procession and methods and forming their emotions and attitudes toward values so as to change students' ways of learning .Otherwise domestic research in this area is limited to a theoretical level with very little practical research. so it is quite necessary to have a specific study on the subject.The second part consists of six chapters, A general situation is found as follows: with the reform of the new curriculum, the majority of history teachers in Rui'an senior middle schools have a strong sense of courses, but their abilities of the effective exploration and application of history curriculum resources are very weak. Then I study the current situation of the four common curriculum resources(the chart resources, classroom generation resources, network curriculum resources and assignments ) explored and applied by history teachers in Rui'an . Besides ,the specific performance of the short exploration and application is summarized. Then with a related case, I put forward my point of view ,that is, what is the effective way of exploring and applying the four resources. Finally, the causes of the situation are analysed.The third part, I sum up the insufficiencies and doubts in my study , and what should be further study.
