The bringing forward and exploration of entrepreneurship education is an inevitable trend and an important symbol of the reform of China's higher education becoming deepened against the background of informationization and globalization. Research on the entrepreneurship education has become an important theme in the field of university talents training. However, relevant literature review shows that, researches on entrepreneurship education exist mostly in those colleges and universities under the Ministry of Education, while local colleges and universities have rarely paid sufficient attention to this area. Local economic development requires a large number of high-quality entrepreneurial talents as support, but the existing research results and practical experience pertaining to entrepreneurship education research can not effectively serve the education of local high-quality entrepreneurial talent. Therefore, it is particularly urgent and more meaningful to implement entrepreneurship education research in local colleges and universities.This thesis focuses on "the status quo survey of entrepreneurship education" through questionnaire survey of ordinary students and interview studies covering entrepreneurship guidance teachers and entrepreneurship students. Making use of the statistical results of questionnaire survey and conclusions drawn from interview studies that are interactive confirmed by each other, the writer tris to make study on current concept system, target system, curriculum system, system management, evaluation system, teacher system arid security system of entrepreneurship education system in Ningbo University. In addition, by an in-depth analysis this thesis tries to reveal the flaws of entrepreneurship education system in Ningbo University as following: in terms of education concept is segmental, superficial and restricted, in terms of goal there exist mis-understandings such as "enterprises establishmentism" and "second classsism", the curriculum arrangement is not systematical, systems still need further optimization, carve out achievement evaluation trends to pursues economic interests, teachers are not sufficient, the security system is not perfect and so on.From above analysis of status quo, the writer puts forward an vision to construct entrepreneurship education practise mode in local colleges and universities in order to train high-quality entrepreneurial talents who is imperative for developing local economy. Also, from the angle of mode establishment, the writer advances the six manipulation strategies of creating curriculum system in entrepreneurship education, league system in entrepreneurship practise, standardization system in entrepreneurship management, base system in entrepreneurship platform, integrated system in entrepreneurship guidance, diversification system in entrepreneurship atmosphere.
