With the reference of the social control theory, this groping qualitative research aims to analyze the mayor influential factors of juvenile delinquency, such as the impact of family, peer relationship, school education, society and so on. We hope to supply some material to the vulgar research of juvenile delinquency. And with the unusual findings, others could have new ideas.This study finds out factors that the impact of family, peer relationship, school education, society have effect on juvenile delinquency at the same time and that is developing process. The impact of family is a un- negative factor, because unhealthy family structure and improper family education reduce juvenile criminals'attachment to parents; Accordingly, juvenile turns their"attachment"to the peer relationship gradually. Especially after contacting with unhealthy peer relationship, they decrease the"commitment"of traditional school education; Without accepting further study, they have more time involving in activities of unhealthy contact; Besides, as to"belief"of incorrect value and innocence of law cognition, they commit crimes eventually.According to the conclusions, the research considers juvenile criminals from interview cases'perspective, and with leisure class theory, it tries to explain why just small part of juveniles conduct aberration actions under such condition, while the other do not. Furthermore, it puts forward the differences between social control theory and the new findings. At last, the paper points out the shortcomings and some content which will be researched in the future.
