School human resources management is a newer topic, the human resourcesmanagement theory and method of the business community were already mature, utilizes theadvanced human resources management theory in the school administration is quite few.School and enterprise, although has the huge difference in objective, mission, goal,organizational structure, active content and form and so on, regarding the efficiency pursue isactually common, the humanist modern management idea is common, the sustaineddevelopment power lies in the study is also common.Our country's voluntary school entered a fast development stage, speaking of quantity,the voluntary school is increasing swiftly and violently; speaking of the education quality ofteaching and the school characteristic, the Voluntary school also waits for further enhancing.The Voluntary school already became in our country education system an essential part, butwhether the quality of teaching can enhance large scale, will be the key which the majorityvoluntary schools has further develop.
