In the 21st century , the competition of science ,technology, economy and so on among every country all over the world is talented person's competition. As the higher education is the place that cultures each kind of talented person's place, it has received more and more widespread attentions of various countries. Along with the formation of higher education popularity in our country, higher education scale, the quantity of students and college teachers in particular young teachers also grows sharply. The higher education quality safeguard, the qualified college students must be based on the college teachers in the final analysis. The college teachers are precisely the College greatest capital and the resources, the personnel training, the knowledge transmission, the knowledge innovation, the scientific innovation all are complete by them. Along with information age's arrival, the society is also getting higher and higher to higher education's expectation, higher education's status receives the country, the society to take seriously, higher education's function had the original personnel training, the scientific research, the social service three big functions to expand for the personnel training, the scientific research, the social service, the international exchange and cooperations four big functions. Do college these functions realize cannot leave the college teacher, how the college teachers better realize these functions in the new time, how did this materially already turn the college teachers to realize own specialized growth effectively in the new time, is competent the new duty effectively the question.Therefore ,great importance should be attached to the college teachers especially the young teachers' specialized growth condition . This research aims at this kind of condition, explores new suiting in the young college teachers'professional growth model.The thesis consists of four parts. The introductory introduced briefly introduces the present situation of domestic and foreign teacher professional growth model, then points out these pattern existence insufficiency. It also introduces the present thesis research significance, the object of study, the research mentality and the research technique. In the young teacher professional growth connotation analysis part, the thesis carries on the discrimination regarding several related commonly used concepts of the teacher professional growth, moreover it also gives the definition of the young teacher's professional growth concept. From professional aspects, the degree of satisfaction, psychologically healthy, professional pressure and so on, the second part of the thesis discusses the college teacher's present situation and the existing question in our country . It has vital significance for us to propose the young college teacher professional growth new model more comprehensively and profoundly. In addition, the thesis carries on a more thorough interview to some young teachers using interview method, understands comprehensively their professional growth present situation and the existing insufficiency .It provides the basis in the behind for proposing the new young teacher professional growth model . In the third part , this thesis introduces the foundation of society, education and individual of young teacher professional growth .It provides the theory and instruction basis for the young teacher's growth, simultaneously to a certain extent rich, substantial teacher specialized growth theory. From two aspects i.e the genetic epistemology and the humanism the final part of the thesis first occurs the young college teacher new model implementation rationale and proposes the young teacher professional growth new model: Training - further education -training integration model. This thesis discourses the specific details to promote the young college teachers'professional growth such as pre-job training, black release, the curriculum-project-problem oriented training . Finally, this thesis proposes several operational suggestions in implementing the new model in the young teacher's professional growth process .The thesis place of innovation lay in proposed one kind of college teacher young teacher specialized growth's new model, had certain feasibility particularly, has enriched the college young teacher specialized growth content, enriched the college young teacher specialized growth theory, provided the theory to the young teacher's specialized growth to safeguard what practice support.
