Interactive Classroom Teaching means that teachers and students participate and dialogue equally, respect and accept mutually, listen to each other, achieve mutual development in the spiritual world, and promote the continuous production of subjective development. In the last centuries, many scholars' philosophical, sociological and psychological research results provided the relevant theoretical basis for interactive teaching and learning from different perspectives, such as the need-motivation theory, group dynamic principle, human-oriented teaching and learning theory, theory of constructivism, and theory of symbols and interaction.Strictly speaking, interactive teaching is not a today's innovation. As a mode of interactive instruction on the practical significance, it rose in the United States in the early 1970s of the 20th century. Now it has been widely used in the primary and secondary schools in many countries, as well as in some universities. It has gone through a long process for us to understand, practice and explore the interactive teaching.Generated as a progressive teaching philosophy, interactive teaching and learning process is made up of a number of interconnected, interactive, and related factors. These factors become important variables which influence the effective start of interactive teaching. As results of these factors, the role of interactive teaching has been the main mode established under the guidance of modern teaching theories.Interactive teaching to optimize teaching mechanism, it means learning to change, to accelerate social development, construction of individuality, and diversity awareness, capacity and emotional structure, a positive attitude to life, and innovative personality is extremely important value. From the perspective of the value of reflection, and examine and explore interactive teaching students in the development of this issue, help construct the theoretical quality of interactive teaching, raising the consciousness of interactive teaching reform.Interactive teaching concept in the teaching reform in the process of reform and gradual Health become an advanced teaching mode.
