Nowadays, med ia has been an essentia l part of daily life in the information society, allof us need to strengthen the capability of choice, understa nd, question, evaluate, create andproduction, speculative reflected to the med ia, and enhance our med ia Literacy. We will bethe ma in force for socia list construction, we have ma ny advantages of developing thesystemic med ia literacy education. Improve the quality of med ia literacy of this group willhave a very important significa nce for the build ing of socialist culture, and found thegroundwork for the preva lence of and enhance universa l med ia literacy, and promote qualityeducation, education for all, lifelong education.Media literacy is not the nature of university students, one the one hand, it is spontaneityin the course of prolonged exposure to the med ia, but this method is slow and has greaterlimitations. On the other hand, developing organized, pla nned med ia lite racy education tonurture and improve their med ia literacy, although this way also experiencing long-term, butit is scientific and comprehensive. We all know ,developing the med ia literacy education isnot just the responsibility of colleges and univers ities, the med ia, promoters, college studentsand the Government's policy to the med ia, and so on, pla y a decisive role to improve themed ia literacy of college students. Based on comprehensive analysis of the coastal and inla ndareas of university students'status quo of med ia literacy, refers to the information ecologytheory, under information ecology theory 's guida nce pla n various factors of affecting collegestudents'med ia literacy as a whole, put forward ma ny concrete policies, Maybe all kinds ofmethods will pla y a good role, and supplement each other! So college Students in China havethe quality of the med ia as soon as possible so as to contact, consume and execute the med iawith critica l with the vision ,clarity of purpose, rationa l thinking actively, rather tha n beingeffected by the omnipresent med ia information passively.
