Sport Administration E-Government Index System Research

With the continuous development of society, informationization has been the theme of the society in the new century, and e-government information, as being the core content of the new century, gets much more concern of the community. Its constant building has made great contributions for social development, but because of the complexity and extensiveness of the systems, it's not easy for us to establish a reasonable and excellent e-government system. This requires constant comprehension of the challenges from the environment and the system itself while the establishment of e-government, otherwise the assessment of the e-government system should be strengthened to improve the efficiency of the building of the e-government systems. As the current view shows, the researches of e-government evaluation index system basically remain at the macro level, and the in-depth evaluation to the industries is very few. The paper concluded the advanced experiences and ideas of e-government evaluation index system from predecessors on all fronts, made in-depth analysis of specific features of the sports information, then field the theory and practice of the e-government according to industry characteristics, and establish an evaluation index system of the sports information.There are four parts of the research to the sports information evaluation indicator system in this paper:First, the analysis and summary of the overall development of the nation's sports information were made, and it is fully proved according facts that it's very necessary to establish a set of scientific information evaluation index system of the sports. Furthermore some specific issues also provide an important reference for us to study and establish the evaluation indicator system.Secondly, it gave a systematical introduction of the relevant basis both in reality and theory which the establishment of the system of evaluation System was based.Third, a detailed presentation was made to show how the sports information evaluation index system was constructed. The specific contents of the process included: the principle of sports information evaluation index system, all levels of the evaluation indicator system, weight indicators of all levels, the index calculation model and the result analysis model.Finally, the sports information evaluation index system that was made in this study was used to establish a quantitative evaluation to Mianyang City sports information, the index of information indicators was measured, a qualitative analysis of the evaluation results was made, and the comprehensive advice was given. The results from the study of Mianyang City sports information Evaluation can basically reflect the real situation of Mianyang City sports information, and showed that the evaluation index system was reliable and scientific.
