With the building of communistic economic system, there are great developments in society, politics, economy and culture. Especially after joining in the WTO, there is new opportunity and challenge. These give great effects on the developments of sporting competitions, the industrialization and marketing, so does Beijing. Sporting competitions and sporting TV media of Beijing have great development and change. Meanwhile, their paragenetic relations are growing. Olympic Games is coming, more and more competitions are hold in Beijing, it makes matches in Beijing active. Owing to these, the marketing of TV media is quickly developing. At the same time, TV media is positive to sporting match in Beijing.Through researching the phenomenon of the cooperation between sports matches and TV media marketing, we find the basic conditions in cooperation: common benefits; relatives and complements between industrial links; common audiences; intermediate organization's match; the change of system factors; the factors of economy and awarness.Although the cooperation between sporting match and TV media of Beijing has surpassed ten years, and has arrived a great development, behind these, there are many problems: the marketing of Beijing sports TV is lack of the support of remarkable match; the imbalance of media developing that support sports match; there are few companies in high level; there are few standardizations in cooperating; there are too many intervenes of governments which restrict the cooperation; the low level of mediate organization; the manager is short of managing consciousness ; the improper pack for sports stars; few propagate on sports matches; the medium supply few and unitary programs .According to these problems, we put forth some tactics: improve the quality of Beijing sports match, pay attention to the pack and service of match; make more remarkable product to improve its power; strengthen the legislation to mediate the distribution; change the function of government to standardize the markets of sports match and medium; developing the building of mediate organization to make positive effects; according to the laws of market, strengthen the marketing consciousness; trade the pack of sports stars in right views; improve the cooperation of sports match and TV medium; enlarge the propagate of matches; make new contents and form of program, so that supply various programs and the newest information.
