In accordance with the scientific development concept and the practice of China's socialist construction experience, in accordance with the new century and new stage of China's economic and social development and the new demands, we plan to build a socialist harmonious society, which is a fair and just society. Currently, China's social development is at a very important period of strategic opportunities, accompanied by social economic development, an injustice in rural compulsory education is distinct. Compulsory education in rural areas is the important part of the whole justice society, and these two aspects are closed connected. As a result, the health of rural compulsory education requires a fundamental value for a balanced development of a just society. Only when the government achieves justice, we can promote the achievement of a just society, so that we can achieve the justice development of rural compulsory education. The fair runs through the government's administrative, not only is our government and the people responsible for the performance, but also help increase the degree of civilization of society, thus promote the development of the whole community. This paper is divided into four chapters. Chapter I briefly describing the background and significance, the study set out the basic content and research methods. Chapter II analyzes the significance of social justice on China's rural compulsory education. Chapter III, analyze and summarize the existing problems of social justice in current compulsory education in China's rural. Chapters IV, discuss initiatives of China's rural compulsory education in achieving social justice.
