Profession career programming is very important to the life of a person. Good profession career programming could perfect self-cognition, help individual to clear about aim of effort, constitute study plan, choose reasonably, and realize goal of each stage through effort. In this research, the author wanted to investigate present situation of profession career programming tutorship for undergraduate students in higher education and requirement of undergraduate students through analysis of relevant research on profession career programming of undergraduate students, investigate present situation of profession career programming of undergraduate students in sample university—Gansu Agriculture University by using method of questionnaire and interview, and analyze on shortage, problem, and requirement of profession career programming of undergraduate students and problem in school education. On the base of that, the author explored improved method, found improved countermeasure, aroused programming consciousness of undergraduate students, cultivated programming ability of undergraduate students, put forward suggestions to relevant educators to actively implement profession career programming of undergraduate students, and promoted progress development of profession career programming of undergraduate students.According to analysis on questionnaire of sample university: undergraduate students of agricultural university knew less on profession career programming, approach was single, knowledge of career programming was deficient, and method of solving profession confusion was lack of science; many undergraduate students did not start to programe, some programming was lack of science and fulfilment, and career programming did not fully play a role on personal development; desire of establishing career programming was intense, but ability of programming was deficient, and they were lack of scientific cognition on themselves and not clear on future profession tendency; evaluation on present guidance service to employment by undergraduate students was on the low side, and they expected university to supply scientific guidance on profession career programming. The author put forward six Countermeasures according to above situation: 1. to strengthen consciousness education on profession career programming, guide students to make programming as soon as possible, build up profession ideal, and exert invigorative effect of programming on personal development; 2. to enhance education on profession career progamming ability, guide students to make programming scientifically, and exert navigation effect of programming on personal development; 3. to build up a plat roof of carrying out profession career programming in order to supply support to accumulate professional experience, and exert guiding effect of programming on personal employment; 4. to improve on curriculum system construction of profession career programming in order to supply full guidance on profession career programming; 5. to perfect evaluation system construction of profession career programming and strengthen individuation guidance on profession career programming to students; 6. to enhance teacher group construction of profession career programming education in order to supply scientific career tutorship to students.
