Objective: To probe the effects of calisthenics exercise of low and moderate intensity of various times on the body-esteem and physique of female college students. Methods: To intervene in experimental subjects for 12 weeks by calisthenics exercise of low and moderate intensity of various times (30min and 60min) while contrast subjects not participating in physical exercise. In the meantime, adopting the scale of PSPP and physique measuring instruments to measure the level of body-esteem and physique of subjects among experimental and contrast groups before and after the experiment, then analyzing the experimental results. Results: (1) There is significant variation to the level of body-esteem of moderate intensity group before and after the experiment. As far as contrast and moderate intensity group is concerned, the subjects'level of SPSS has no obvious difference. (2) With respect to physique, calisthenics exercise of moderate intensity has very obvious effects on subjects'physique state. The physique state of contrast group has almost difference before and after the experiment. Conclusion: Calisthenics exercise of moderate intensity has good effects on health of body and mind of female college students...
