Objective:explore the recruiters' occupation-gender stereotype cause of gender discrimination to female graduates on their job seeking,which is the recruiters' discriminational stereotype on female graduates and could be considered as the references of individualization strategy on reducing occupation-gender discrimination.Method:with the own-compiling questionnaire (which is based on the QZPAS—-the Chinese Personality Adjective Rating Scale ),we first investigate enterprises'recruiters' graduates gender-stereotype and occuptation-gender stereotype;secondly, frequencies analysis, paired-samples T test,Chi-Square analysis,and the Exploratory factor analyses were used to analysis the data.Results:there are prominent discrimination in the recruiters' "graduates gender steretype".In detail,all recruiters hold discriminational stereotype on female graduates'"ambition-foresight,stateliness,soul,providence" factors;Female HR hold discriminational stereotype on female graduates' "ambition-soul,stateliness,providence"factors; Male HR hold discriminational stereotype on female graduates'courage-stateliness, providence-generous,soul,sentiment, staid, foresight" six facors;The recruiters hold different discrimination stereotype on female graduates for their different application for Managing-postion, Technical-position or Other position, and respectively on female graduates' "providence-lordly,stateliness,soul","generous-aspirant, staid-versatile,active-contradictive,providence,soul","stateliness-contradictive, determination-hesitation,courage" factors;The recruiters also hold discrimi-national stereotype on Arts female graduates' "soul,stateliness" facors,on Sciences femal graduates' "versatile-strict,confedent,intelligent,foresight-soul,avid" factors and on Engeering female graduates' "active-self comman, astute-religious" factors.conclusion:Statistically confirm the hypothesis:"there are prominent discrimination on the recruiters' graduates occupation-gender stereotype";There are prominent differences between male and female recruiters' discriminational occupation-gender stereotype;There are prominent differences between recruiters' discriminational occupation-gender stereotype of female graduates seeking Managing-postion, Technical-position or Other position;There are also prominent differences between recruiters' discriminational occupation-gender stereotype of female graduates majored in Arts,Sciences or Engineering.
