The human is one kind of unique transcendence existence. The no-specialization in human's life structure makes one possess enormous possibility and plasticity. This establishes the natural physiological foundation of human's transcendence, enables the person to promote from the common animal and exceed the astriction of instinct. But, as a kind of the transcendence existence, human's transcendence is not only refers to transcend other natural animals in the natural physiological attribution and the function. The human's transcendence mainly manifests in the social attribution and the cultural attribution. Human's transcendence is not the grass of the rootless, produces baseless, but is the intrinsic stipulation of person's existent structure. The existence as existent structure contains its own richness also determines person's transcendence. Human's transcendence mainly represents in three aspects: the surmounting of humanity to individuality, ideality to reality and infiniteness to limitation.The transcendence is person's intrinsic attribution, so person's vital activity is surmounting, too. How can the person's transcendent vital activity unfold? The different philosophers have the different answers. In culture philosophy anthropology of Landmann, he inherited and developed the positive achievement of person's research by the philosophy anthropology. He advocated that should put the free creative person into the broad culture, society, history and tradition to investigate. Therefore, in Landmann's eyes, human's transcendence can express as the process of the cultural creation. Human's creativity not only compensates human's flaw in the biological attribution, but also is the main strength of producing the human's culture. In turn the culture also compensates human's flaw that coursed by no-specialization. On the one hand person use the culture to consummate himself and surmount the limitation of life's instinct. On the other hand the culture was produced and constructed in person's society, history and tradition. The symbol is playing a very important role in the process of cultural creation activity. Symbol is the intermediary and bridge between the person and culture. German philosopher Cassirer defines the person as "the symbol animal". From this definition we can see that the symbol give person the ability to know and master the world unceasingly. Therefore, the course of human's transcendence activity can express as the process of people use the symbol to construct the civilization, which is made up of the forms as language, myth, religion, art, history and scientific cultural in Cassirer's symbol philosophy. In Marx's practice philosophy, the practice is the fountainous fashion of life's existence and activity. One of practice's essential characteristics is its transcendence, namely, must surpass the current boundary and towards the new goal. This displays in the process of unceasingly surmounting the opposition of matter and spirit, individuality and society, utility and non-utility, reality and ideality and achieving their unifications. Thus the course of person's transcendence is the process of person's practice unfolding. Moreover person's development course explains the characteristic of surmounting the life in practice. Through comparing Landmann, Cassirer, Marx's thought of person's transcendence, we can see that Landmann and Cassirer studies human's transcendence just from culture or symbol's single dimension, so they can but stay at reason exploration of thinking lay. Marx sorts human's transcendence to people's practical activities, thus human's transcendence that base on human's realistic life activities is comprehensible and actualized. Because the human not only exist in the cultural world, but also in the symbol and practice world, the person not only is the existence of cultural, but also is the existence of mark and practice. The definition of "The person is the transcendence existence" merges person's culture, symbol and practice into a whole. Human's transcendence is the intrinsic power and mechanism of person's practice, is the highest performance and realization of person's creation of cultural, symbol and practice activity. Human's transcendence on culture lay or symbol lay just preside on practice lay is possible.Research the person's transcendence as a system in philosophical angle, defining the person from the angles of person's existence structure and the realistic vital activity, thus can develop the new arc of visibility for human study; the transcendence which root in person's existent structure is person's intrinsic attribution, is premise question of person's over-all development, too. Therefore, research the person's transcendence as a system, can provide the theory support for person's over-all development. In the epistemology aspect, take person's transcendence as the epistemic starting point, will break the limitation that coursed by traditional subject and object consciousness, will establish a unified epistemology including the cultural epistemology, the social epistemology and the natural epistemology. Comprehends the practice from person's transcendence, the bridge and the intermediary between practice and culture——the status and the function of symbol comes out, this enriches and supplements the practice investigation of Marx philosophy. In addition, studies person's transcendence also have the extremely important practical significance, this mainly manifests in three aspects that displaying person's transcendence, promotes society's harmonious development; realizes life surmounting in the process of education; invokes person's surmounting consciousness, constructs the innovatory personality.
