A Research On The Bachelor Degree Talents Education Model In The New Local Engineering Higher Education Institutions

It's the primary task to educate the talents. What kind of talents to be educated, especially how to educate talents is determined by the educating models. Since last 90's, there are around 200 higher professional institutions joined in the team of general bachelor degree offering higher institutions by certain ways such as evolution or combination, these institutions played fatal roles in promoting the progress of massive higher education. When transferring, the local higher institutions tried their efforts in reforming the education models and obtained some victories.
