Forecast & Analyze On The Sustainable Development's Population Of Changping In 2020

The sustainable development is a complex system which is made up of population, economic, society, natural resources and ecological environment many kinds of factors .Among them, the population scale and the economical society development and the resources, the environment relations are extremely close, play the important role in the sustainable development various factors coordinated development, has decided its important status in the sustainable development system.Unfortunately, in the population research field, there have no comparable synthesis theory or method to face the sustainable development's challenge, each theory or method only focus on its own interesting. In order to solve this problem, this article, using Changping as a research objector, synthesis the theory of economy, population, planning, and sustainable development, discussed on the religion sustainable development's population. This paper divides into four parts .altogether six chapters.The first part is the first chapter of this paper. Briefly introduced the significance and the value of the selected topic, applied the theory of the sustainable development, and discussed the relationship between population scale and sustainable development.The second part is the second chapter of this paper, mainly analysed the situation of Changping's population development. At first, analysed the situation of population scale and sustainable development, and found that there have un-harmony factors existed between them. Then discussed some influence factors which will influence the development of Changping's population scale in future.From the third chapter to the fourth chapter is the third part of this paper. The fourth chapter forecasted the future population scale development of Changping, discovered the Changping population scale extremely will have the possibility to have to break through 1300000 in 2020. The fifth chapter analysis to the resources population supporting capacity, and found if according to the present development tendency, in 2020 the population scale will have a bigger discrepancy with the water resources population supporting capacity and the land resource population supporting capacity.The fourth part is the fifth chapter of this paper. This section put forward the define of the population scale road and corresponding policy proposal.The fifth part is the sixth chapter of this paper. This part is the conclusion of the paper.
