The Study Of The Process Of Infants Adapting To Kindergarten

The infants who are the first time into kindergarten need experience a process to adapt to kindergarten. To understand the process is favorable for adults to maintain mind-set and take more effective measures when they develop entering kindergarten suitability education. This study discusses the infants' adapting process characteristics and influence factors. It's aimed to help adults realize of the infants' adapting process more consciously, look on the adapting obstacles in the process more reasoningly and take adapting education more effectively.The 3 nurseries and 1 sublot anticipate the study. From Sept. 1st to Oct. 16th, 27 days' observation is adopted ,in which I observe one nursery on the spot round-the-clock all by myself. And I invite the teachers to observe the rest 3 classes for me. Meanwhile, the infants' parents work in conjunction with me to observe the infants' state at home.We observed 9 kinds of actions in kindergarten and 4 kinds of actions at home when the infants are adapting to the kindergarten. After analysis of the home and school observation records ,the study divides the adapting process into 4 stages, which are called strongly reaction stage(the 1st to 6th day), adjusting and fluctuating stage(the 7^th to 10^th day),basic adapting stage( the 17^th to pre National Day) and the second adapting stage(About one week after National Day).Through the case analysis and compare, the studier thinks infants entering adapting influence factors partly root in the infants themselves, teachers and parents, additionally some other factors come into effect only under special circumstances.The studier suggests that we should handle the phases and progress more properly, communicate more with parents and reach a consensus when we take the adapting education. In addition, the teachers and parents should make preparations mentally and physically, the nursery should attach importance to adjustment and configuration of the software and hardware.
