Education Research On The Migrated Peasant Workers' Children In Anhui Province

The education problem of the migrated peasant workers' children is a social problem, which derives from the changes of the social mobility structure and the changes of the rural mobility model. Under the background of perfect accepted education system has not been established, facing it squarely and solving it properly not only relate to the growing and the realization of self-value of the migrated peasant workers' children, but also are connected with the sustainable development of the state modernization and urbanization. Compared with the city children, the migrated peasant workers' children are at a disadvantage in the process of the modernization development. Then that more attention is paid to these special children group and more researches are done on their early socialization course may have great practical significance.The writer of this thesis understood general education conditions of the migrated peasant workers' children, analyzed the present available researches and then chose the migrated peasant workers' children of a public primary school in Hefei as the research object, stepping into their school daily lives. This research is divided into two stages. In different stages different research methods have been used. In the early preparing period, observation method and interview method were applied to know the general conditions of the school and the students; in the specific survey research period, ethnography research method was used. The writer acted as an instructor, intervening in the school lives of the migrated peasant workers' children and living with them for several months, and gained the original material. This thesis based on the life-world of the migrated peasant workers' children in the public primary school is just analyzing the education problem of them.The body part of this thesis described the daily lives of the migrated peasant workers' children in the public primary school, analyzed these children's characteristics and their families' features, narrated their adaptation to the city school by constructing three types of relation, those are the migrated peasant workers' children -school; the migrated peasant workers' children -teachers and the migrated peasant workers' children -the migrated peasant workers' children.
