With the continued development of the society educational reforms, teacher's cooperation has already become the pubic concern. The cooperation of teaching and learning is the very important way to grow up professionally for teachers. This paper has lucubrated this objective based on the research of two junior high schools.There are 4 parts of this paper. First is introduction, which is focused on the purpose, background, method and strategy of this research. Also it identified the main concepts related to the objective.The second part is the research and critic on the competition among teachers, which is the main pattern of the traditional curriculums. First of all, understanding the teacher's true working relationship currently through questionnaire, interview and on-site study.In the research, I realized that even though most people have accepted the concept of "cooperation", it is not actually to be the normalcy in the teaching practice yet. Competition is still the main working state of most teachers. Single-handing (working alone) is also their main working method. On the one hand, the schools encourage the competition in various ways, on the other hand; this competition has already penetrated into the learning path of students.This kind of competitive working philosophy has negatively impacted on not only the teachers and students but also the process of education performance and curriculum reform. I have had further interview with the teachers of these two schools to understand the root cause of this situation. As the result, we think there are three reasons: first, in terms of system, the lack of common vision due to the bureaucratic management system and the related evaluation discrimination is one of the very important reasons; secondly, in terms of curriculum, the traditional value and the simply department instructions caused by this value is the second reason; thirdly, in terms of culture, traditional culture, teaching culture and the inhered mind-set of teacher is the deep cause of the competition.The third part is cooperation - the calling for the new curriculums,...
