This paper is centered on the campus culture of non-public middle school that provides a sense of identity for its faculty and students. The potential advantages as well as the problems of creating a campus culture for non-public schools are both analyzed. Based on the practice of Shangbao Middle School and interview with Mr. Zhu Xingen, Vice-principal of Shangbao Middle School, strategies to create a unique campus culture are presented. Three aspects are explored, including school mission, school facilities and school culture. Analysis of the school culture focuses on providing a harmonious humanistic environment, the moral education, library and media centre and the campus intranet's construction, mental health service system and study of school history etc.
