Based on the related documents at home and abroad, auther choses some part of common undergraduate girls and professional female who do exercise in the gymeasiam of Hunan province as the studying object, and gives a research on the resent conditions and influence factors that the high school girls participate the extracurricular exercise and the occupational female that join in the amateur workout from the angle of view of the physiology, mental and culture.According to the research analysis, points out the difference and the similar between the high school girls and occupational female in the recess of the exercise, so as the similarity, they sum up the reason that affect the female to participate the athletics, also put forward some suggestions in order to promote female particulating the athletics more actively and zealously.The article analyses and compares the questionnaires in interrelated statistics manner, and connects much interrelated theories inducing psychology, education and sociology to do the research and study. The conclusions as following;1 .The activity which high school girls participate sports lesson with the ages growing.2. what the objective factors which influence the high school girls to participate the extracurricular exercise are the sports equipments, sports education and the school's organization.3. It couldn't neglect that the medium has important direction function for female university students and occupation female participating sports.4.The occupational female depends on social sports directors in participating sports.5. Both the occupational female and the university girls choose their training items solely. Most of them choose the calisthenics or athletics dame as their best items. This two kinds items have some rogue. It indicates that they combine the body training with pursuit rogue tightly.6. Comparig with the high school female and the occupational female ,the occupational female have more deeper comprehension for the meaning of anticipating sports. Both of them lack in the scientific knowledge of the workout seriously. What caused this question, to a large extent, it has something to do with the way they accept the sports knowledge and the P. E teaching method in the high schools.7. The P.
