With the worldwide development of knowledge economy, education reform isincreasingly accelerated in the world. The education authority of China has issued"Foundation education reform program (try out)", which actively advocates theapplication of information technology in teaching and learning, promotes theintegration of information technology and subject curriculum. This program graduallyachieves the transform of educational content mode, students' learning mode,teachers' teaching mode and interpersonal mode of teachers and students to exert theadvantages of information technology and provide excellent education environmentand effective learning facilities for the development of students. This researchintroduces "Performance" in economic management to media curriculum. This is abrand new attempt ion. Compared with general education design, it refers not onlyvarious factors of education inside but also many factors of classroom dynamicdevelopment.This research has educational transmition theory as basic theory to help teachersunderstand different medium, select rational medium based on their specialties andestablish correct opinion to medium. It creates teaching and learning system,optimizes education and promotes students' learning by system design theory toarrange learning process and learning resources. The research suggests manageclassroom teaching by "performance" management ---classroom management.Classroom management includes many factors. Teachers should demonstrate studentshow to use different medium because of the limit of students' background knowledgeand abilities of understanding. Moreover, presenting opportunity, communicatingthrough media, feedback and teaching adjustment are also very important. Thisresearch creatively defines the performance of the application of educationaltechnology. Further, it analyzes many factors of the performance of educationaltechnology that affects classroom teaching. This research addresses many meaningfulstrategies which may truly resolve practical problems in the classroom teaching.
