Like pedagogy and psychology, human is always considered as the objective of a research project in history. It wholly emphasizes the research of human's social relationship and deep probes into human's essence of actions, thus to fulfill the aim of making human "recognize themselves" . The special value of history lies in cultivating humanism spirit, enhancing social ideology and ensuring civil quality.The fulfillment of history value depends on the wide approval and conscious acceptance of youth to the history and the characteristics of its era. While they learn history mainly through the history course set in school and teaching actions between teachers and students. The history textbook is not only the carrier of knowledge on history but also the media of teaching actions of both sides. Therefore, to a great extent, Whether or not the mission of historical education will realize depends on the compilation quality of the history textbook.In this thesis, the rational analysis and inquiry into the evolution of history and the strategies of development on the history textbook of middle school will be conduct from the following perspectives.Part â… : The summary of the evolution of history on the history textbook of middle school.The issue of curriculum reform outlines in basic education (pilot) indicates that thebasic education in our nation gets into a new era-----an era of curriculum reform.Compared to the former syllabus, a great Change happens in a new belief of curriculum reform in many aspects such as curriculum aims, curriculum ability, structure, contents, practice, evaluation, management and so on. The reform of history textbook is an indispensable component of the new curriculum reform, which should reform on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the experience of the building of the former history textbook, especially the experience after the foundation of P.R.C, which includes the background, periodic character, achievements and problems, thus can we achieve our goals.Part â…¡ :The basic thought, aim construction and compilation of textbook of curriculum reform on history in new century.Based on the new belief of education, curriculum reform in new century puts forward general and concrete goals, in order to realize the ultimate aim of education. The aim is for the revival of China and for the development of every student. To compile the new textbook scientifically, it is desirable to study the belief of new curriculum reform carefully and make the dialectical relations clear of three levels about the goal.Part â…¢:The rational thinking about the development strategies to history textbook.On the belief of new curriculum reform, the reform of history textbook of middle school will be more extensive and wider in new century.
