China and America have totally different society modality, each represent different class interest, together with the students of the two countries have different conception and thinking mode, so the marine major of the two countries have different understanding and knowledging of the moral education. But moral education after all is the common phenomena of human society, it works as a social activity to cultivate human being which is inevitably being domained by specific society and being restricted by education rule moral education rule and development rule , just because of the two have basic common point, they can not only being compared, but also analyzing explaining and commenting through the comparison , then find each one's superiority and learn from each other .The existence and development of moral education is not changed according to the subjective purpose of human being, and moral education is the must of the society and human being development and perfect.
