The Study Of Teachers' Pressure In The Middle And Primary School Against The Background Of The New Curriculum Reform

The new curriculum reform brings the fresh air to the field of pedagogy with theadvantageous conditions benefiting the development of students. Meanwhile, against thebackground of the curriculum reform, new tasks are given to teachers of the middle andprimary school who feel great pressure. It is believed that the pressure mainly comes from thenew curriculum reform. The thesis mainly focuses on the topic to research on the source ofthe pressure. It aims at transmitting the pressure to the motive. In this way, teachers can befaced with the pressure with a proper attitude and even make good use of the pressure todevelop themselves further.The thesis is divided into six parts. The causes of the results are discussed.The conclusion comes in the last part. The situation of the teacher's pressure in the newcurriculum reform is presented so as to conclude the value of the pressure. Strategies areproposed to relieve and make good use of the pressure.
