UNESCO had a international proseminar in Beijing which was called"Faced 21st Century"in Nov, 1989.The conception of enterprise education was put forward and discussed first. Enterprise education is regarded the third education pass that tomorrow people should hold. It is also called'enterprise ability pass'. We should takeit as important as technicality and occupation pass. Enterprise education came into being first at Altitude College in the world and popularized at high college. Afterward middle schools in many countries actualized enterprise education abroad. Chinese enterprise education sprang up in midterm and evening of 90th, 20 century. It began slowly but developed quickly. It's embarrassed that our research on enterprise education is still located at a sprout phase; the theory and the practice are so little. People have not still known sufficiently the specific content and the social significance about the enterprise education.We should use international enterprise education for reference and absorb its successful experience. It will impulse our education and teaching actively. Actualizing enterprise education at the basal educational phase especially at the high school is very beneficial to the students who can't continue to enter a higher school. It also has an important instructional effect on career choice and correlative school work preparation to the students who can continue to enter a higher school to take up professional and vocational education. It is becoming an important and hot problem of common middle school education to form a perfect enterprise education system and actualize broad and effective enterprise education as soon as possible.
