The Study On Medical Care Conduct Of Rural Residents

Under the background of the construction of relative wealthy society and the promotion of harmonious and sustainable development of rural society, the construction of rural medical care system has became the emphasis and difficult points in the research work of "three agricultural issues". Utilizing social action theory and need hierarchy theory, as well as carrying out the research approaches of questionnaire combined with case study, this thesis has done research in to the following issues in the community of ZGT of QJ city in HuBei province: medical related needs of rural residents, medical care conduct condition and characteristics, the factors influencing the conduct, and the intentions and suggestion of rural residents to establish a new cooperative medical care system in the rural area. The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part elaborates the background of this research, the definition of the subject and the purpose of the study and literature reviews.The second part introduces the core concept of the thesis, meaning and research methods of the research and a little bit creative.The third part carries on the description of the first step to the rural residents' medical treatment needs and medical care conduct of rural residents firstly. The investigation finds out that the medical treatment need of the rural community still keep a low level layer. Secondly, sum up medical care conduct characteristics of the rural residents. The third section analyzes the factors influenced the medical care conduct; the result shows that economical factor is the biggest one that influenced the rural residents medical care conduct in the community currently. Finally, analyzes the influence of medical care conduct of the rural residents.The forth part investigates the intentions of the rural residents about building up the new cooperation medical insurance system. As a result show that most of rural residents hope to build up the new cooperation medical insurance system, their intention is mainly influenced by the old cooperation medical insurance system and the current rural new institutions.The fifth part provides the main conclusions of this research and shortages, and gives the suggestions to build up the new cooperation medical insurance system. The suggestions think that the government plays the main function in building up new medical insurance system. According to the circumstance of the community, we suggest that build up big disease medical insurance system in this community.
