Our study is reasonably based the spirit of the Standards for the Course of Mathematic in Compulsory Education and Theory of Construction, This dissertation attempts to the special student of companies school (many students come from village families), no good habit of learning and living, no good achievements. How to make the students from "be adapted in learning" to "manage in learning". Through teaching object arrive to aim of the quality education. The course of teaching from learning to being able to learn are operated in the school company of power construction in the Chongqing. The intended teaching strategies are beneficial for students who come from village families. They are summarized as "to create background and activate interest; to use middle object and reduce distance, to strengthen the subjects and pay attention to importance, to take all-round evaluations and carry out the re-construction of cognition, to relate to the life experience and use learned things".In summary, the one-and-a-half-year mini-experiment finally results in this dissertation are capable:1 to be beneficial to promote the students' confidence and interest in mathematics (learning);2 to improve habit of students for mathematics and to enhance their achievements in mathematics;3 to transfer the way of students for mathematics to other course, thus to fostertheir all-round development(know to learn).
