The university student employment has become the government concern, social focus,collegiate emphasis and students' care. With the constant development of the socialistmarketing economy, the collegiate student's career market in our country is forming rapidly,improving constantly and maturing quickly. Such factors as the development of themarket-based process of the higher education and the expansion of the students' enrollmentmake the college students' employing situation become more and more severe and themarketing competition between universities fiercer and fiercer. So the university students'employment needs the brand-new theories to guide the employing work. The thesis has proved the political and academic nature of the students' employment,pointed out the market-based characteristics of the students' employment according to thepresent employing situation, further investigated how to do the job better and expounded suchcollege-student marketing strategy as the product tactics, marketing development andcompeting strategy, etc, based on the marketing principles, the employment characteristicsand the theory of marketing study, and has analyzed and pointed out the developing tendencyof the college students' employing marketing. And this paper tends to help observe the collegestudents' employment from a unique perspective, expand the application range of marketing,innovate the theory of college student employment, and enrich the students' ideological andpolitical working carriers in order to provide the university students' employment withmethodology in the new epoch.
