The Study Of The Social Control Problem Of Aberrant Behaviors

The Social Control of Aberrant Behaviors is a mostly problem. It is not only a very important problem related to whether the Social System has an order or not, but also arouse the attentions of Sociology, Law, Psychics and Criminology together. Lately, there are more and more studies of the Social Control of Aberrant Behaviors in Sociology circles, and these studies have been obtained some definite achievements. However, there also have two problems in these studies. One problem is these studies are too incline to the field of Law, Psychics and Nature Cybernetics, not stand on the comparatively high level of Philosophy and Sociology. So they could not think back the directions and apocalypse of other knowledge. They haven't show characteristics of Sociological study. The other problem is some studies, even if they are Sociological, only rest on needs, means and idiographic measure of preventing. These studies are not established Sociology's own system info. Whereas, the effects are not fine. Thereby, this article want to change this status and try hard to consummate the system info of social control through comparing traditional theories of social control to today's facts. Social control is the based function of social structure. It has two contents, Control-in-self and Self-control control-in-self. The Control-in-self is in the person of objectivity and the Self-control developed the useful and discard the useless of the foregoing one. It is a self-conscious attempt of exerting subjective motile attributes of human being. Social configuration's conversions bring renovating of Social Control Theory consequentially.One's own advantage and weakness exist in the past theoretical research, So, the synthesis with diversified theoretical research has become the inevitable trend. This text is divided into three parts, the first part is mainly to carry on the theory to analyze to the deviating from aberrant behaviors, second part mainly analyses the theory prerequisite that the deviating from aberrant behaviors society controls the system, the last part is mainly to perfect the deviating from social control theory of aberrant behaviors, set up a kind of rational society and control the theoretical system, namely proceed from sociology basic theories, combine such theory methods of relevant disciplines as ethics , psychology , criminal jurisprudence ,etc. with already having achievements, the society that studies deviating from aberrant behaviors controls, the society that sets up a kind of science controls the theoretical system.
