Since the middle of the 1990s, internet has increasingly become vital information resources in the world community. Its utility ranges from all fields of our society to each corner of people's lives. And contemporary college students are those who are influenced most greatly. It is their sensitivity to and concern about new knowledge and new information that makes internet culture spread in campuses and combined with campus culture. Thus a new cultural form, that is, campus network culture, has emerged. With the rapid development of socialist market economy and internet information technology, college students' values also take on some new features. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the impact of campus web culture on college students' values by introducing the definition of network culture and analyzing the status quo as well as major characteristics of campus network culture, and new features of college students, values in the web environments. It concretely portrays the positive influences of campus network culture on college students' values in the following perspectives.
