With the guidance of the Theories of Social Capital, this paper uses the methods of single variable, double variable to describe and analyze the existing situation and the differences of the urban habitant's house consumption intents, then it is discussed why there are differences about the urban habitant's house consumption intents, in the end we make conclusions about some important topics. The paper is made of three parts.The first part is about the outline of the research, the review of correlative articles and the purpose and importance of the research, at the same time, introduces the main research assumptions, the definition of the basic concepts and the manipulatization of the variables, in the end the study methods of this paper and the basic characteristics of the samples are explained.In the second part, the existing situation and the differences of Wuhan habitant's house consumption intents are generally stated, and with the guidance of the Theories of Social Capital, the reasons of the differences of urban habitant's house consumption intents under different institutions are analyzed, including the impacts on the urban habitant's house consumption intent caused by unit property, moneylized-house-consumption, house accumulation fund, career property and home income per capita independently.In the third part, some important topics are discussed. First, the measurement and forecast of social capital are explored; second, the disfigurements of Chinese present house institutions are pointed out, and advices are presented correspondingly; finally, based on intent stratification, the problems of present social stratification study are explored, furthermore the intent study method on social stratification is created.
