The kindergarten teacher is the core force in the development of infants' education in the future. A kindergarten teacher with overall quality plays a very important part in the education of infants. So the arduous historical mission has determined those students must not only grasp the knowledge of modern science but also have higher thoughts awareness, higher ideological level and new concept.Most of students studying at Preschool Teachers Training School are the girls at the age of 16-18, who are in the adolescence. Their state of mind are anxious and heavy. With the development of market economy, people's value of social morals has changed, which bring a lot of puzzles and conflicts to our students. As a result, students' moral cognition is out of balance with their moral behavior. How about the cognitive level of this special group? What questions do they still have in the respect of the morals? What are the main factors that influence their development and maturity of the moral cognition? What is the mode of training their moral cognition? What is the good way to carry on moral educational plan? All of this will play an important role in the undertaking of moral education now and in the future. I think our study will not only enrich people's understanding of the level of students' moral cognition and the ability of students' moral cognition but also offer the reference pertinence to strengthen the school moral education work in new period. This paper consults from the research results of relevant disciplines and frame, which have proposed some suggestions and concrete strategies on how to improve students' level of moral cognition and how to train students' understanding of moral cognition. The paper is made up of seven parts.First part is the foreword. It states the background that the question puts forward. It also summarizes the relevant research results, which analyze the thinking, method and logic structure of studying.In the second part, through relatively defining the concept of moral, the text analyses the troubles that the school moral education faced innew period and how to resolve them.In the third part, the content and structure of moral cognition have been analyzed, beside that, the text has deeply proved the important functions in the moral education of the school.In the forth part, the text mainly introduces the theory of Piaget and Kohl Burger, and also analyses the contemporary morals development theory enlighten the moral education of the school.In the fifth part, the text roughly confirms the level of students' moral cognition through investigating and analyzing.In the sixth part, the text proposes the concrete methods according to the students' level of moral cognition.The seven part is the conclusion of the whole paper, which sums up the practical significance of the study and points out some problems that still need to resolve.
