Research On Property Management In The Construction Of City Communities

The construction of city communities is playing an important role in society development of our country nowadays, therefore experts have beening studying this problem from some different aspects for a long time. This thesis is tying to discuss it through one angel, property management.Property management has boosted recently following the reform of city-housing system in china. Generally, where there is a community in a city, there exist properties. In this way, property management connects tightly with tie construction of city communities, as it represents a future direction, showing the trend of industrialization of community services.Meanwhile, property management is involved into community services, which leads to a chang that two new community orgnizations, property management corporation and masters' committee appear. This thesis makes an introduction of the two and discusses the relationship between them.In addition, compared with the former city-housing system and community management, property management is a fresh choice. Therefore, in order to answer how to use the model of property management in the construction of city communities, this thesis has done some research on it in the eye of system transmission theory.
