With the full implementation of quality-oriented education and the reform on primary school syllabus, it is a hot issue for teachers' college to adapt subject structures to bring up eligible primary science teachers with up-to-date teaching ideas, especially in the background of the renaming of Nature the lesson in primary schools into Science. Thus it is a meaningful trial to offer Experiments and Handcrafts in Primary School Sciences for junior teachers' college science-majored students. Based on the survey on the scientific experiment and teaching of backbone science teachers in Hunan, this paper figures out the lack of primary school science teachers with innovative abilities in scientific experiments in Hunan, puts forward the research on the cultivation of junior teachers' college science-majored innovative abilities with teaching practice of Experiments and Handcrafts in Primary School Sciences, and finally expounds the theoretical and practical value.On the analysis of teaching theories and related information, this paper suggests an A-shaped cultivating model (A for ability): the stroke "/" for knowledge structure, "\" for practice, and "-" for assessment and feedback which linked theories and practice to form the ability in the shape of "/\ " . The author explains methodological theory of scientific research, expounds in-class and out-class model to realize the cultivation, and introduces assessment and feedback tactics. This research has been undertaken for over 2 years, covering three science-majored classes within 2 years, and has achieved obvious effects. Overall, the research, with its refreshed theories and practice, bears popularizing significance in bringing up primary school teachers, whereas the model it puts forward still need verification and refreshment, in which some aspects needs further discussion.
