The purport of this thesis is to research the problems and solutions of Chinese non-government education during the preschool stage. The logic structure of the thesis in as follow: starting with the research of the non-government preschool education's present situation and questions, maily analyzed the case of Chang Sha Zhong Hua Ying Cai kindergarten's bankruptcy. And further on, some administration questions of the whole non-government preshool education, putting forward the relative strategies.In author's view, contracted with public education, the private education has the obvious autonomy, good service and flexibility. At the same time, the people want to get more and better education. And people pay more attention to the pre-school education. The Country can't give people good enough education's source. At the same time, there are many questions such as the institution of outside isn't complify and the institution of kindergarten is not perfected and so on. The thesis will give some tactics on the base of analysesingquestions.The thesis consists of the follow five parts. The first part deals with the reasons of selecting this theme theoretically and practically. The second part tells the general situation of the non-government education's administration. The Ifhird part narrates the case. The fourth part explores the advantage, questions and solutions of the non-government education's administration. The last part brifly gives conclude to the whole thesis.
