While there were more than 90 Chinese educational networks on the Internet, seldom did you find any that specialized in middle or primary school Chinese educational network. Also there were few people doing research in this field Therefore, we have attempted to conceive a specialized middle and primary school Chinese educational network that is based on the basic systenatic and constructive theory. We have also used as guidelines references the successful experiences of other networks in both China and abroad for construction and operation. And the disojssions on the significance, principles and contents of the network are emphasized We hope this research can bring sore enlightenment to the construction of this kind of net. The paper includes three major parts: introduction; main body; conclusion. The main body of the paper includes four parts.Introduction: To raise the argumentation and present the basic construction of the paper.The first part: Briefly introduce the theoretic and actual grounds for establishing the middle and primary school Chinese educational resource network.The second part: To present the specific idea for constructing the network and example the construction figure, index page of database and the homepage.The third part: To make a conclusion of the principles that should be obeyed in the construction of net.The fourth part: To propose considerations on the development and openness of the market of the net and relationships between the informatics' technology and future Chinese education.Conclusion: To look forward the prospect of the development of modem education and point out that the construction of information network is an important systematic project in our country.
