The thesis,in which documentary methode is used,is based on the study of features of new mathematical curriculum implementation, connotative characteristics of mathematics teachers' professional growth and correlation between them. Mathematics teachers' professional growth is placed into new mathematical curriculum implementation.in which there are three ways of mathematics teachers' professional growth : subjective self-professional-growth, research on teaching based in school and professional guidance of mathematics educational community. The thesis can be devided into two parts.Part one: New mathematical curriculum implementation and mathematics teachers' professional growthIn this part, through analysis of features of new mathematical curriculum implementation and resolution of connotative characteristics of mathematics teachers' professional development, the writer points out that the features of new mathematical curriculum implementation is the new request to mathematics teachers' professional growth. And it also produced good condition to the professional growth of mathematics teachers.Meanwhile, through the analysis of connotative characteristics of mathematics teachers' professional growth,the writer believes that aulimatization to changes of environment of mathematics teaching is the aim of mathematics teachers' professional growth.Furthermore, new mathematical curriculum implementation can also benefit from mathematics teachers' professional growth.Part two: Study on professional growth of mathematics teacher in implementation of new mathematics curriculumAccording to connotative characteristics of mathematics teachers' professional growth, subjective self-professional growth, research on teaching based in school and professional guidance of mathematics educational community are three methods of mathematics teachers' professional growth. The three methods have relative independency. At the same time they are cogate, interrelated,cosostent and interactional. On the basis of exerting mathematics teachers',school's and mathematics educational community's own important roles,the way of mathematics teachers' professional growth is formed.
