Conflict exists in any organization and there is no exception to the institution of higher education. Though some scholars in our country have already studied university students' conflicts among the conflicts inside the institution of higher education, announced the nature and influence of the university organization conflict from the different aspects and probed into management tactics of university organization conflict, they did not dwell on the conflict from the whole university aspect. The published thesis laid more emphasis on the analysis of individual case and the summary of experience, with the result of lacking systematization, seldom rose to the general theory level, so its universal significance is still not obvious. The paper defines the conflict inside the institution of higher education, and also explains the importance of the conflict study inside universities.According to the similarities between universities and enterprises, the thesis studies university students' conflicts among the conflicts inside universities, uses conflict management theory of the enterprise organization, applies Organizational Behavior, Management Psychology and Sociology, and adopts questionnaire investigation, interview, qualitative and quantitative analysis. The thesis mainly regards the subjects of the conflict as the basic study, dividing it into university students' intrapersonal conflict, conflict among university students, conflict between university students and teachers, conflict between university students and the management system. The thesis analyzes the behavior of the conflict inside the institution of higher education from the above four respects emphatically, mainly expounds the reasons why the conflict forms inside universities. On the one hand, the thesis describes the general reason whythe conflict forms inside the institution of higher education, that is, the mutual reliability is the objective foundation that conflict forms. The difference between each other is a direct cause why the conflict is formed and the inherent mechanism imperfect is the motive force that conflict forms; On the other hand, this paper expounds the special reasons of the different kinds of conflicts that form. After analyzing the current situation and reasons in the institution of higher education, the thesis fully discusses the dual character of the conflict influences inside universities, that is, we should see the destructive function of the conflict, as well as the constructive function of the conflict. The thesis has analyzed the negative and positive influence of the conflict inside the institution of higher education especially. Finally, this paper points out that the management of the inner university conflict includes three aspects: Prevention, solution and application. This thesis mainly studies the adopted strategies of inner university conflict.
