On The Thoughts Governing States By Virtue And Is Applied In The Morality Education In Higher Schools

Comrade Jiang Zheming advanced a theory, A country under the Rule of Moral. From the point of view of administering a country, he elaborates the background of combination of Rule of law and Rule of Moral, its contents, method function and significance. The theory inherits, enriches and develops Marxism, Chairman's Thought and Deng's Theory; it has magnificent value and practical meaning.This dissertation elaborates the theory in order to attract more attention to Moral Courses of universities; to guide the moral education with the theoryThe dissertation consists of three sections;The 1st section : The advancing and significance of the theory . This dissertation affirms that Rule of Moral is a new strategy of administering a country, combined with Rule of Law; it affirms its rich content and their relationship ,which is the key of the dissertation. Rule of Moral inherits, develops and surpasses the traditional moral and Marxism .The 2nd section: the theory should be applied into Moral courses of universities. This section analyses the existing problems of Moral courses of universities, which should make full use of the theory.The 3rd section: The theory is applied into Moral courses of universities. It is the most important section because it elaborates the concrete methods of how to strengthen and improve the Moral courses of universities.
