A Study Of The Evolution Of The Youth China Association From An Educational Perspective

The Youth China Association was an influential association in the May 4th Movement .Both the Communist Party of China and the Youth Party of China originated from it ,so it has always been a hot subject in the field of the politics .But this thesis is to study it from an educative point of view, not only to explore the fate of the modern Chinese Intelligentsia; the relationship between improvement and revolution; relationship between education and politics and relationship between educationalist and politician, but also to bring the academic circles to rethink the Youth China Association reflectively.The thesis includes 4 parts except preface and conclusion.Parti describes the historical evolution of the Youth China Association in order to give readers a general account of it.Part2 tries to explore its ideological basis-Saving China through Education and sum up their educational thought and practice.PartS compares the Communist Party of China and the Youth Party of China to show their similar and different viewpoints.Part4 introspects some lessons from the fate of the Youth China Association.The conclusion expresses the author's reflections in studying the Youth China Association.
