Research For Credibility Assessment And Empirical Of The Urban Community Committees In Our Country

This text aims to build up the credibility valuation theory of the community neighborhood committee in the city and furtherly make it into application by comprehensive and systematic analysis of the issue of the credibility of the community neighhood committee in the city. Combining with the current credibility situation of the community neighborhood committee in Cangzhou,we take the features of the research into consideration and adopt seveval appropriate research methods,such as questionnaire survey, the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other scientific method.Firstly,we will elaborate and summarize the related researches about the non-profit group,the credibility of non–profit community organization and credibility valuation all around the world in this part,and conceptively define the credibility of the city's community neighborhood committee,and at the same time,briefly introduce the relevant evaluate methods.Secondly, With briefly elaborating the developing process and the development status of the community neighborhood committee in the city of our country, we will try to locate the problem existed in the system of the credibility of the city's community neighborhood committee in our country, with the survey results of Cangzhou Hebei province,and deeply analysis the causes so as to point out the direction for furtherly shape a rational,scientific and comprehesive indicator system.Thirdly, It is the core part of text: build up the credibility's evaluated and indicative system of the community neighborhood committee of the city. We, in the text ,design a set of indicator system of preformance assessment for the officers of public administration deparment in univercities and finally set a weight number for each index by applying step analysis method also with the help of statistic analysis software"Matlab". The author also choose a certain community neighborhood committee in Cangzhou of Hebei province as a trial and make a corresponding positive analysis in order to guaranteeing the accusate of the indicator system.In the end, the author poses some countermeasures and suggestions, aiming at the problem widely existed in the system of the credibility of the community neighborhood committee in the cities in our country , and hopes that the ideas can do something to promote the construction of the credibility of the community neighborhood committee and speed up the development of harmonious community,at last as value references for the whole community construction in the cities of our country.
