The disabled persons through participation in sports activities in addition to physical health, but also expand social contacts, useful way to promote physical and mental health. due to physical defects, physical disabilities participate in sports activities are subject to many restrictions in the general selection of activities ,but the main site live in their own communities. Participate in sports activities in the community largely depends on how effective the community can give them what kind of support, how to provide a variety of support to meet the needs of this particular group of sports, this fitness truly is the government and the community must face and solve. In this study, physically disabled persons in Shanghai Yangpu District, about community Ju Wei, volunteers, community members, on the basis of investigation and study to understand the existing community can offer sports activities to help physically disabled persons, and make the process concluded that the major problems and put forward suggestions and comments.We get the following conclusions:1) Shanghai, the laws and regulations for people with disabilities to support the work of more in-depth, established districts and counties in the city area legal aid centers, law firms and districts (towns) are legal for all types of disabilities to provide "priority, concessions, quality" of the law assistance and services to promote the cause of persons with disabilities onto the legal track. However, in accordance with the law of the era, though disabled persons walking in the framework of the law may be the biggest problem facing people with disabilities in the future is less law-based.2) Human support, community Juwei cadres as the core of community management, the role of support for the work of persons with disabilities are placed in a prominent position in the activities of the organization, personnel management, logistics and other aspects of the protection given to people with disabilities to maximize support, but because of limited energy, community Juwei support to be strengthened.3) University volunteers in the process of handicapped Fucan brought a fresh blood. Volunteers relatively comprehensive knowledge structure, acceptance of new knowledge and adapt to new environments faster, Yangpu District, nearby colleges and universities in the community volunteers to provide various types of support to people with disabilities, but because of mobility, the stability of volunteerism by to destruction.4) Disabled community members in their daily lives can often give people with disabilities in all aspects of support, including advocacy assistive policies and regulations, regular inspections of vulnerable groups to visit, disabled members to help support and improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities, but because lag to the specific work to update their knowledge to bring suffering.5) The material support, the community sports venue is a community of persons with disabilities to the venue of choice, although the Shanghai community infrastructure in public places is good, but still can not meet most of the physical fitness needs of persons with disabilities; Yangpu District, the annual funding chain CDPF various activities for physically disabled persons is a fundamental to guarantee, in addition to government funding, corporate donations, individual sale these three areas, there are some of the funds from the Foundation for Disabled Persons and other public organizations to ensure that these funds physically disabled to carry out daily activities.6) In addition to staff support and material support, in terms of physically disabled persons and other support is also important, the information age, timely access to information can be winning a thousand miles sometimes, more varied sources of information the community can meet the information needs of the community residents.
