Cultural environment for ideology and politics education in colleges and universities is an important part of cultural environment in the society. With the background of building a socialized harmonious society as our current aim, it's not only a theoretical issue that how the cultural environment for ideology and politics education in colleges and universities should be developed to meet with the characteristics of our era and the practical thoughts of undergraduate students, but also a practical issue needs to be solved under the market economy to improve the actual effect of ideology and politics education in colleges and universities.This thesis uses comparison, comprehension, practical observation, future thinking, combined with theories and practices, with experience of research information home and abroad in ideology and politics education in colleges and universities and its cultural environment development, systematically discusses the meaning, characteristics and function of relative concepts for ideology and politics education in colleges and universities. It states the influence cultural environment for ideology and politics education brings to ideology and politics education in colleges and universities, and the interaction between them. On the above basis, the thesis researches and build a integrated theoretical frame for improving and developing cultural environment for ideology and politics education in colleges and universities.The whole thesis is composed of 3 parts: the introduction, the main body of the thesis, and the conclusion. In the introduction, at first it shows the aim of choosing this topic and the meaning of its research, then makes a brief introduction of the research condition of the topic, and at last introduces the research method and innovative aspects during the writing of the thesis. In the first part of the main body of the thesis, it mainly uses the method of level gradation to state the basic concepts of this thesis, including cultural environment, cultural environment for ideology and politics education, cultural environment for ideology and politics education in colleges and universities. And then it analyses the composition and characteristics of those concepts, and their own function. In the second part of the main body of the thesis, it analyses the influence cultural environment for ideology and politics education imposes on ideology and politics education in colleges and universities, and the influence on the quality forming of the ideology and politics of undergraduate students.
