With the development of industrialization, urbanization in China rising rapidly, numerous agricultural land is being expropriated and land-lost farmers increase, which caused the growing numbers of "rural to urban resident status transfer" communities. However, the quality and survival skill of land-lost farmers is not satisfactory. Therefore, how to develop "rural to urban resident status transfer" community education to improve the land-lost farmers overall quality and survival skill is very important. Based on this,this paper focuses on the research of the " rural to urban resident status transfer " community education mode from the perspective of social capital view.This thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction section, which briefly describes the background, the purpose of writing and the meaning and methods ,and also summarizes the innovation and finally collaterals. The second chapter is literature review summarizing the research on community education mode at home and abroad to provide theoretical basis for the research. The third chapter discusses the problems and influencing factors during "rural to urban resident status transfer" community education process from the perspective of social capital, based on which the social capital theory is introduced to probe the connection between the social capital and the " rural to urban resident status transfer " community education and social capital measurable index.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis,analysizing the connection between social capital and "rural to urban resident status transfer" community education based on the survey data of Jianxin Town. The fifth chapter discusses successful community education model in Europe and America, concluding that he European and American countries'successful community education model could not work without social capital contribution. The sixth chapter proposes to construct quaternity "rural to urban resident status transfer" community education mode based on social capital and analyzes the spescific constructing steps. The seventh chapter is conclusion part, summarizing the main research idea and points out the deficiency of the research.In the research methods, the thesis adopts the qualitative and quantitative methods. Specifically, this thesis considers the four elements composing social capital namely web, norms, trust and interacting by using factor analysis under the perspective of social capital. By using Likert scale questionnaire and combining the survey data conducted in Jianxin Town with help of SPSS17.0 software, the study analyses the connection between the social capital and the"rural to urban resident status transfer" community education and the influence caused by social capital during "rural to urban resident status transfer" community education process.In research achievement, this paper presents quaternity " rural to urban resident status transfer " community education mode in social capital view.This paper has an innovation in the research angle and content area compared with the previous research achievements.
