The Research On The Degree Of Satisfaction And Improvement Of Public Service Of Urban Sports

This research adopts the method of empirical analysis to discuss the related results of the degree of satisfaction of public service of urban sports, and has analyzed the demand order of the bits structure for the residential sports public service. Studies lasted half a year. The author collected each kind of data through literature material analysis, depth interview, questionnaire survey and so on, and carried on statistical analysis, such as descriptive analysis, factorial analysis and so on, through SPSS 16.0.The conclusions obtained are as follows:1, The empirical analysis result indicated that the content structure of Guangzhou resident' s degree of satisfaction of sports public services is composed of five public factors, which are the degree of satisfaction to sports organization serves (supplies), the degree of satisfaction to sports facilities (establishment), the degree of satisfaction to sports facilities (using), the degree of satisfaction to sports instruct service, the degree of satisfaction to sports information service The meterage result indicated that the diagnosis has good letter and validity.2, the empirical analysis result indicated that the Guangzhou residents'degree of satisfaction to the public service of urban sports is neither too low nor too high, and in the medium level as for the whole, which demonstrated that Guangzhou Municipal government has achieved certain achievement in the public service construction of urban sports in the last years.However, this work still has big promotion space because of many factors.3, The pretage variables which affect Guangzhou residents'degree of satisfaction are the age,marital status and school record,.They are quite remarkable; but the difference of variables,including the sex and the income, are not remarkable.4, The research carried on the analysis from the problems of the related results of the degree of satisfaction of public service of urban sports which the current Guangzhou sports public service exists, and puts forward seven special specific measures proposal.
